Boston University, in partnership with Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, reimagined its dining program to meet students’ needs. The first major meal plan redesign in nearly a decade helped cultivate a stronger sense of community, especially for first-year students, while offering greater flexibility and value for all.
By involving students throughout the process—through surveys, focus groups, and collaboration with student leaders—BU successfully launched a dining program that dramatically increased participation and generated $1.6 million in additional revenue.
