To meet and exceed students’ changing expectations, Central Michigan University wanted to update its cafeteria-style dining. The university chose Aramark as a dining services partner and worked with them to implement modern, plant-based options with a zero-waste mentality.
CMU has incorporated a mixture of residential convenience stores and local flavors to bring their students exciting meal options. Working with brands such as Starbucks, Subway, Which Wich and AFC Sushi gives students a variety with all dietary restrictions in mind. In updating its meal service, the campus has seen a significant increase in revenue and student interest.
