Facilities management on college and university campuses are known for their dedication to keeping campuses clean, safe and in optimal working order. The rate of change beginning before the pandemic and continuing throughout, elevated the role and importance of facilities management.
Yet, a new set of challenges are compounding those already in existence. Colleges and universities around the country are struggling to DELIVER facilities management in this new, post-pandemic era. The conflation of multiple economic, demographic, physical, and social pressures leaves administrators unsure about how to minimize risk and remain competitive.
