University of Kentucky Transforms Dining Program
In 2014, the University of Kentucky partnered with Aramark to transform the school’s dining program.
The university’s competitive meal plan program saw plan purchases jump 30 percent from fall 2013 and all meal plan prices actually went down. Students have responded favorably to the venue changes and the four-week menu cycle implemented.
